Interview with Brian Hendrickson

The Vancouver Columbian's Brian Hendrickson of necessity no introduction; his articles, thoughts and statistical separation are linked to on this location on a weekly (if not more oft-repeated) basis. 

Not long ago, we caught up with Mr. Hendrickson via email to canvass: his career as a sportswriter, his thoughts on blogs (including his own Blazer Mock), his idea of creating a "super fan" part in the Rose Garden, how Maurice Lucas is a big fan of his expanded discharge-charting statistics, and, of race, what Zach Randolph sounds of a piece when he is under the control of a General Anesthetic.

BlazersEdge: How did you become the Blazers strike writer for the Columbian? 

Well, it was a pleasing without being striking roundabout track. I grew up in Yakima and moved to Indiana when I was a older in high gymnasium. I went to Indiana Seminary of learning-Purdue Universal school at Indianapolis (don't ask me to elucidate that one, please) and worked at the Indianapolis Luminary while I was in school before acquisition my first job in Wilmington, N.C.
