Not long ago, we caught up with Mr. Hendrickson via email to debate: his career as a sportswriter, his thoughts on blogs (including his own Blazer Deride), his idea of creating a "super fan" division in the Rose Garden, how Maurice Lucas is a big fan of his expanded discharge-charting statistics, and, of race, what Zach Randolph sounds parallel when he is under the control of a General Anesthetic.

BlazersEdge: How did you become the Blazers lay blows upon writer for the Columbian?
Well, it was a beautiful roundabout footway. I grew up in Yakima and moved to Indiana when I was a older in high gymnasium. I went to Indiana Seminary of learning-Purdue Universal school at Indianapolis (don't ask me to unfold that one, please) and worked at the Indianapolis Heavenly body while I was in school before acquirement my first job in Wilmington, N.C.
